We design for the devices and simulators that exist, with error rates as they are — not for an idealized machine ten years out.

Classical computation does everything it is good at; quantum circuits handle only the parts where they earn their place.

Every project starts from a problem someone actually has. We measure progress in working software, not only in papers.
